Our weekend went great . On Thursday morning, we went to our MOP's play group. I was so glad to be back after missing a couple of weeks. Madelyn moved into the toddler room and did very well once I was out of the room. It was heartbreaking hearing her scream for me as I dropped her off. They told me she calmed down quickly and played nice with the other children. Plus they gave her some goldfish so those always make her smile.
I came home from our play group and got a phone call from the bank saying that our final mortgage application was accepted. It looks like we will be moving into our house very soon. We are so excited! I spent some time packing over the weekend but there is still so much left to do. I now realize why people tell you to start packing a month before your move but I'm enjoying it at least. It is my new form of entertainment while Madelyn sleeps.

Besides packing, I spent a lot of time in the grocery store. I unintentionally got into a little argument with the lady behind me waiting in line. I was standing there unloading my groceries while one of the worker's told her she could go to another register where there was no line. She looked at me and said, "Why don't you go to register three?" I kindly say, "Thank you but I'm fine waiting here." She then said, "No, you go to register three." I then told HER to go to register three and this went on for a few minutes until she finally said that she is staying at this register because she likes the cashier. Truthfully, the cashier was the only reason I chose register 6 to begin with because she is that awesome  so I told her that it just so happens that she is my favorite too so I am not moving. I'm lucky she didn't start throwing any food displays at me. I felt awkward thinking I should have let her go before me seeing she had three things in her hand in comparison to my cart full of items but then again, I had already unloaded half my groceries onto the belt.
Anyways, besides my mini dispute, the rest of our weekend was nice. We had a fun time eating good food and watching the Superbowl. I really don't know much about football either besides the fact that some men run around a field tackling each other using a ball.  It can be fun to watch and I  enjoy the commercials too. We stayed awake long enough to see the halftime show and then went to bed. Madelyn was a little bundle of energy and seemed to enjoy the game more than I did. We had our own little football game going on in the Living Room too. It was a good time.
